This paper has been out for a couple of months but only recently appears to have made it to ibm.com... A 16-page white paper on IT trends in collaboration and productivity. Doesn't mention Lotus products until page 15...meaning it is meant more to be used for creating vision than to hype a particular product or products.This white paper discusses the changing face of collaboration and the ways in which the new collaboration can benefit business.
